Granfondo, the main event

Climbing Mont Ventoux by bike is as difficult as it is legendary. Renowned as one of the most demanding climbs in France, it is the goal of a lifetime or a season for both beginners and experienced cyclists. Whether for its difficulty, its weather or its extraordinary summit, Mont Ventoux is sure to impress.

Climbing Mont Ventoux is child’s play, but getting there is nothing short of heroic !

Timetable and feed stations

Time barriers
KM75 (junction of the two routes)
Mandatory redirection on the middle route, towards the climb via Sault from 11:50.
KM 103 (at Sainte-Colombe)
you will be disqualified from 1pm if you have not passed the control at Sainte Colombe. You are then invited to go to Vaison la Romaine without climbing Mont Ventoux, via Bédoin/la Madeleine/Malaucène.
Feed stations
KM 39
First pass at La Gabelle (Fontaines KM 48 at Villes sur Auzon and KM 71 at Monieux).
KM 86
Second pass at La Gabelle (Fontaines KM 96 à Flassan).
KM 103
Sainte Colombe on the right – Beginning of the Ventoux, to 500M of the turn of St Estève (Fontaines KM 104 at the pass in “Les Bruns” and KM : 114 at the Chalet Reynard (with toilets)).

The Ermitants, 200 m after the Chalet Reynard on the left (Fontaines KM 115,5 la Grave).
KM 6 (after the finish line)
At the ski resort of the Mont Serein : recovery refreshment station. This refreshment point is no longer at the summit, but further down.
