  • 14:00 p.m. : Openning of the Village Expo PLACE BURRUS and withdrawal of race numbers (complete package, jersey etc..)
  • 19:00 p.m. : Closing of the exhibition and withdrawal of race numbers.

SATURDAY 31 MAY 2025

  • 7:30 a.m. from 8:15 a.m. : Withdrawal of race numbers for Gravel only.
  • 8:30 a.m. : Start Gravel Formula (Sas starting at 8:00 a.m.)
  • 9:00 a.m. : Openning of the Village Expo PLACE BURRUS and withdrawal of race numbers (complete package, jersey etc..)
  • 19:00 a.m. :  Closing of the exhibition and withdrawal of race numbers.

SUNDAY 1er JUNE 2025 (morning)

  • 6:30 a.m. : Opening of the participant grid, avenue du Général de Gaulle
  • 7:30 a.m. : DEPARTURE OF THE Colnago GF Mont Ventoux
  • 10:00 a.m. : Openning of the Village Expo
  • 10:00 a.m. : Arrival of the first Piccolofondo rider at the summit of Mont Ventoux
  • 11:00 a.m. : Arrival of the first Mediofondo rider at the summit of Mont Ventoux
  • 11:15 a.m. : Arrival of the first cyclist on the Place Burrus

SUNDAY 1er JUNE 2025 (afternoon)

  • 12:00 a.m. : Arrival of the first Granfondo rider at the summit of Mont Ventoux and opening of the catering area
  • 15:30 p.m. : Piccolofondo & Mediofondo awards ceremony begins
  • 15:30 p.m. : Arrival of the last competitor at the summit of the Mont Ventoux
  • 16:00 p.m. : Start of the Granfondo awards ceremony
  • 16:45 p.m. : Arrival of the last competitor in Vaison la Romaine
  • 17:00 p.m. : Restaurant closure
  • 18:00 p.m. : Show closes
